Job searching is by no means an easy feat. It requires a lot of time and energy which can leave someone feeling drained.   4. The most curious piece of conversation for you can be your colleagues. Who are they and what are they like? This will give you direct access to your team members and a sense of the demographic or if you will be the right fit.
  5. The next steps are crucial as it will lay out the timeline in terms of when to expect that call back, or if they will at all. They might set up several more interviews with colleagues and hiring managers or this might be the end of the road for you. Listen to their response and you will ultimately be able to gauge how transparent or interested they are in you as a candidate. Always keep a positive mindset as you might be surprised at the outcome and stay polite even if it is not what you want to hear. Never burn any bridges with a bad attitude.
