Job description
SJP is Chesterton – USA exclusive distributor in Singapore and Malaysia, pioneers in Fluid Sealing Devices like mechanical packing, mechanical seal, gasket material, hydraulic seal, maintenance chemical and ceramic coating whose product are meant to create value for the customers. Our customer base is Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Power & Incineration Plants, Pharmaceutical, Waste & Potable water & the General Industry.
Job Responsibilities

• To market ARC and Ceramic Polymer Coatings for Pumps, Valves, Pipes, Chutes and Structures
• Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities
• Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs.
• Able to identify customer’s concerns, handle customer’s issues, and propose solutions
• Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer
• Develop and implement key business metrics to develop individual sales strategies and business plan.
• Collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.

 Qualifications

• Min 3 years selling into the Blasting and Coatings markets.
• Relevant experience and contact in the paints and coatings industry is an advantage
• Must be self-driven and can achieve goals while operating independently with little to no micro management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Possess own vehicle
