Job Description:
- Develop and implement learning content and materials
- Be creative in learning approached with an emphasis on activity-based learning
- Ensure delivery of an effective on-boarding program to support retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business
- Ensure learning records are accurately maintained and updated in the system
- Schedule and manage learning calendar, track and communicate workshop attendance as required
- Perform learning evaluation, data analysis and develop learning reports on a regular basis
- Invigilate and arrangement of learning assessment
- Gain exposure by assist in company events & handle logistic arrangements
- Support the planning and execution of new learning implementation & initiatives
- Execution of any other ad-hoc assignment
Job requirements:
- Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
- Enjoy learning and experimenting to leverage technologies to enhance learning experience
- Excellent planning, organizing and follow-through skills
- Able to work independently and a team-oriented player in delivering results and meeting business needs in a fast paced & demanding environment
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Development or other related disciplines
- ACTA certified will be an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development. Will be an advantage with experience in the Retail / F&B industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
