Job Description

– Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations to successful placements.

– Source candidates using a variety of search methods such as advertising, social media, networking, and EA services to build a robust candidate pipeline.

– Liaise with multiple overseas agencies for a seamless recruitment cycle.

– Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing online screening.

– Coordinate interviews and skill test arrangements between clients and candidates

– Coordinate and negotiate in salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates

– Assist Admin with the onboarding process.

– Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates

– Work together with group company to fullfill recruitment

– Any other ad-hoc duties applied



– At least 2 years of recruitment experience

– CEI certificate or Knowledge of EA regulation will be advantageous

– Recruitment experience in Aviation/Technical/Mechanical role will be advantageous

– Multi-national recruitment experience will be advantageous
