Job Description

Job Responsibilities

· Reporting to the Accounts & Finance Manager

· Responsible for book-keeping functions, i.e. invoices, AP/AR, issuing of cheques and/or bank transfer

· Data entry of suppliers’ invoices.

· Circulate suppliers’ invoices for verification.

· Preparing billing and attached necessary documents and submit to Accounts & Finance Manager for verification

· Banking of cheque, update receipts to the inhouse accounts systems

· Assist in preparing month-end AR reporting schedules.

Requirements

• 1 year of working experience in the related field

• Ability to work independently and complete tasks by the deadline

• Meticulous and sharp attention to detail

• NITEC and above in Accounting / Finance related qualifications

• Fresh Graduate are welcome
