IT Support Executive

To, set up, install and upkeep maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure (Hardware and Software)

To provide day to day support and troubleshooting assistance

To procure company’s laptops and equipment

To install and maintain internal software blocker/anti-virus in company’s laptop/desktop

To recommend, suggest and propose Hardware/Software for internal usage

To manage company’s devices/equipment such as Desktops, Laptops, Ipads, Printers, etc.

In-charge and support of any replacement and upgrade of laptop & equipment

To perform weekly routine checks on internal software and documentation updates

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Providing support to operations team on any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirement:

Computer literacy

Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Min 1 year of relevant experience

Good communication, documentation and organizational skills

Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT, Basic networking, Server Management.
