> KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development

  • Good knowhow in Power supplies application to facilitate customer’s requirements and needs generation.
  • Perform market research on power supplies application for opportunities
  • Cold call, prospect and identify new customers and opportunities within Asia
  • Work with Product development and marketing team to understand product trends and requirement. Provide necessary support if needed
  • Update and maintain Salesforce Database
  • Follow up and update on Project status.

Leads Generation

  • Contact potential customer to understand and create needs.
  • Work with FAE team to review solutions with customers
  • Work with outside sales to close the link with customer to follow through the project.
  • Maintain focus on the total customer experience in all interactions with customers and partners.

System and Process

  • Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures.
  • To work closely with the inside sales, quality engineers, application engineers with other supporting staffs

Sales Support

  • Work closely with outside sales to support customers/opportunities identified and seamlessly transfer customer/opportunities to outside sales to manage
  • Visit to exhibitions and customers to understand the technology and market demand. To create more opportunities interest.

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Independent, Proactive and highly motivated
  • Must be a team player with positive attitude, self-driven and multitasking
  • Able to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Process good business acumen
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasive skills and is action oriented and customer focus
