Job Description

1.Handling Check In duties.

-Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight

-Weigh and tag passengers’ luggage.

-Processing and issuing of boarding pass.

-Assisting passengers at self-Check In kiosks and auto bag drop kiosks.

2.Departure boarding gate

-Ensure boarding pass information is accurate and passenger’s name on passport tally with boarding pass for departure flight

-Crowd control

-Assisting passengers with special needs

3.Meet and greet

-Meeting and greeting passengers and assist them with connecting flights

-Providing arrival/flight connection information to passengers

-Assisting passengers with special needs

4.Transfer counter

-Check and ensure flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight

-Process and issue boarding passes

-Ensure that passenger’s luggage is sent to connecting flight

5.Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
