Prepare sales and purchase contracts;
Review and update existing contracts;
Provide necessary support to the Sales Team and other relevant departments.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)
Prepare all related and relevant contract/shipping/payment documents in relation to the trading deals.
Handle shipment operation as per contract and resolve if problem arise.
Track payments and deadlines.
Track authorizations and correspondence.
Maintain detailed and organized files in physical and digital records as per internal regulations.
Analyze and mitigate risks.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as the company deems necessary.
Min ‘N’ levels or higher with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience preferred
Independent and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation skills
Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
