Responsibilities:

    • Arranging import/export shipments for customers
    • Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer’s shipment to various destinations
    • Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
    • Others shipping documentation related responsibilities
    • To generate reports as and when required.
    • Basic admin duties such as billing, costings and payment follow up

Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 year of working experience in handling shipping documentations and freight operations knowledge
    • Training and support provided
    • Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit
    • Able to handle multi-tasking, cope with a fast-paced environment

Salary will be commensurate base on qualification and experience
