Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the IT Project Manager in all the following areas: –

    1. Point of Contact for Program/BU coordination and ancillary support functions.
    1. Project financial monitoring and reporting (including unbilled and bad debts)
    1. Project opening, budget & cashflow management
    1. Interaction with project stakeholders (i.e. customer) such as status updates, collate info etc
    1. Vendor Management (vendor creation, invoices and GRD)
    1. Assets Management and tracking (e.g., software and equipment)

Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, and related studies.
    • Working experiences in IT Project management back office support i.e administrating or coordinating project works for IT web, mobile & application development related projects preferred.
    • Experience with MS Project, MS Office and MS Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
    • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Meticulous with eye to details.
    • Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Team player and able to interact with people.
