Job Description:
• Focus on B2C sales, including targeting homeowners through either renovation contractors or interior designers.
• Work with interior designers to promote our products and increase our ID and renovation contractor customer base.
• Increase Saniton’s B2C sales through other channels such as through Saniton’s showroom or direct door-to-door marketing if required.
• Handle complaints from end-users including conducting house visits and carrying out simple checking/servicing work on-site if required.
Requirements:
• Basic sanitary ware and plumbing knowledge preferred to handle feedback from end-users.
• At least two years of relevant working experience with interior designers preferred.
• Can read, write, and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Chinese/Dialects and Malay is an added advantage.
